Returns

Returns follow our retail partner's standard policy. Most new and unused items can be sent back within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, started from the order page in your account.

Opened bulk packs are a grey area worth being clear about. If you have used ten sheets out of two hundred, a return is usually accepted. If half the pack is gone, it is not, and for hygiene lines such as mouthwash cups and slippers an opened pack cannot go back at all.

Anything that arrives damaged, short-counted or wrong is our problem rather than yours. Report it through the order page and defective returns ship free, refunded or replaced in full.

Count discrepancies are worth reporting even when small. They point at a packing line rather than at a one-off, and that is something we can fix.
