Shipping & Delivery

Orders placed through the buttons on this site are fulfilled and shipped by our retail partner. Standard delivery inside the contiguous United States usually lands in two to five business days, and Prime-eligible lines often move faster.

Bulk packs ship in their own cartons rather than being repacked, so a hundred paper bags arrives as one box rather than four. Heavier lines such as corrugated sheets and metal buckets may ship separately from the rest of an order.

If a carton arrives crushed, photograph it before opening. It makes a claim straightforward and tells us something about a lane that may need looking at.

Tracking is issued by the partner at dispatch and appears on the order page in your account. We have no earlier or separate tracking than what shows there.
